Kim Andresen

Kim Andresen, Event Coordinator

Kim Andresen is a dynamic and accomplished leader with decades of experience across the areas of fundraising, development, international relations, event management, performing arts, and technology. Her diverse career spans both higher education and the nonprofit sector, where she has made significant contributions to institutional growth and community engagement. She has held key roles at Southern Oregon University, the Oregon Graduate Institute (now part of OHSU), and Pacific University, advancing their missions through her expertise in advancement and community outreach.

In the private sector, Kim has leveraged her strategic and operational skills at technology companies such as Trinity Technologies, Inc. and ECR Services, where she played a pivotal role in driving organizational success.

Kim also dedicated eight years to serving the disability community through her work with Special Olympics Oregon, where she transformed a modest fundraiser into a major community event, raising over $100,000 to support athletes in the Rogue Valley and beyond.

A native of Oregon, Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pacific University, and is an honors graduate of North Eugene High School. As a Student Ambassador to the United States, Kim's study abroad experience helped shape a strong foundation in cross-cultural understanding and global engagement.

Currently, Kim owns her own business Andresen Consulting, and serves as the Event Coordinator for Flavors of the Rogue and the AI for Good Conference. She remains deeply committed to her community and is passionate about creating meaningful, lasting impact through her work.

As the Event Lamppost of Rogue Week, John stands at the crossroads of innovation and community, illuminating the path forward. He is the CEO of The Oatmeal Farm Network, where he leads the development of agentic AI solutions tailored to the needs of farms.

A lifelong technologist with decades of experience in software engineering, technical writing, graphic design, and project management, John has worked with major companies like Intel and PGE/ENRON. He also founded The ANDRESENGROUP during the dot-com era to support ranch-focused online marketing. His deep-rooted passion for technology and agriculture helped bring Rogue Week to life as a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and the future of food and farming.




David Ruppe

David Ruppe, Print Graphic Design

With over 30 years of experience as a graphic designer, David Ruppe's passion for creativity and design has fueled his career. He began his journey in the newspaper industry, honing his skills and gaining valuable insights. Later, he partnered with a former editor to establish a design company, where he contributed his expertise to various projects.


David's talents also extended to illustrating college science textbooks, showcasing his ability to merge artistic flair with educational content. He excelled in book design and layout, ensuring visually appealing and cohesive publications. More recently, David has focused on serving the local and regional arts community, where he specializes in crafting captivating print and web media for arts organizations.


Throughout his professional journey, David Ruppe has consistently demonstrated his dedication to delivering exceptional designs that captivate audiences and bring ideas to life.

Navya Chopra, Web Graphic Design

Navya Chopra's journey began with a strong technical foundation in Computer Science, but her passion blossomed into creating impactful visual experiences. Honing her skills in digital design after a pivotal experience at NASA in 2015, Navya blends technical knowledge with artistic flair, evident in ventures like her own bakery where compelling packaging was key. Currently pursuing a Master's in Interaction Design and Interactive Art at CSU East Bay, Navya actively leads in university clubs, showcasing her strategic design abilities.


The Oatmeal Farm Network team is incredibly fortunate to have Navya. Her enthusiasm, diverse skills in design and technology, and her radiant smile have an undeniable positive impact across the entire company. Navya is driven to craft innovative, user-centered designs that are not only functional but also emotionally engaging, consistently inspiring and leaving a lasting impression on everyone she works with.



David Ruppe

SaiRam Mandava, Web Design

Sai Ram is a skilled developer and data scientist currently pursuing his Master's in Statistics with a focus on Data Science at California State University, East Bay. With a strong foundation in engineering and a growing expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, Sai led the development of the official Rogue Week website—creating a clean, responsive, and user-friendly platform to showcase this exciting celebration of AI, innovation, and community in Southern Oregon.

In addition to his work on Rogue Week, Sai has experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and has contributed to data-driven projects during his internship at Wipro. He brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset to every project, bridging data science and development with ease.

A state-level gold medalist in Taekwondo, Sai also brings focus, discipline, and resilience to both his technical and creative work.
