Kim Andresen, Event CoordinatorKim Andresen is a dynamic and accomplished leader with decades of experience across the areas of fundraising, development, international relations, event management, performing arts, and technology. Her diverse career spans both higher education and the nonprofit sector, where she has made significant contributions to institutional growth and community engagement. She has held key roles at Southern Oregon University, the Oregon Graduate Institute (now part of OHSU), and Pacific University, advancing their missions through her expertise in advancement and community outreach.In the private sector, Kim has leveraged her strategic and operational skills at technology companies such as Trinity Technologies, Inc. and ECR Services, where she played a pivotal role in driving organizational success. Kim also dedicated eight years to serving the disability community through her work with Special Olympics Oregon, where she transformed a modest fundraiser into a major community event, raising over $100,000 to support athletes in the Rogue Valley and beyond. A native of Oregon, Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pacific University, and is an honors graduate of North Eugene High School. As a Student Ambassador to the United States, Kim's study abroad experience helped shape a strong foundation in cross-cultural understanding and global engagement. Currently, Kim owns her own business Andresen Consulting, and serves as the Event Coordinator for Flavors of the Rogue and the AI for Good Conference. She remains deeply committed to her community and is passionate about creating meaningful, lasting impact through her work. |
